Packs are sized by home: 1 or 2-bedroom is 45 crates, 3-bedroom is 60, 4-bedroom is 75 and 5-bedroom is 90. Not sure? Send us your list of items and we'll size it for you. You can always add more crates if you need to.

Straight pricing by home size, no hidden fees, with delivery and pick-up across the Gold Coast included. 1 or 2-bedroom is $250 a week, 3-bedroom $300, 4-bedroom $350 and 5-bedroom $400.

It's very simple. We deliver the crates to your door on your chosen day. Once you've moved in and finished unpacking, our team comes and collects the empty crates from your new place.

Each crate holds about the same as a large moving box, 65 litres, and they stack perfectly on top of each other so you fit more in the truck. One tip: don't pack them too heavy, so they stay easy to lift without hurting your back.

Absolutely. The crates have integrated lids that lock in place when stacked. For extra security you can thread a zip tie through the handles to seal them up.

Yes. They're heavy duty and waterproof, and they were designed with a lock-in system so they stack higher and tighter, instead of the wobbly, crushable pile you get with cardboard. We work with local removalists across the Gold Coast and their feedback has been excellent, because the crates make the move faster.

Cardboard looks cheaper until you add it up: boxes, tape, paper, the drive to buy them, the time to assemble and tape them, then the tip run at the end. Our crates arrive assembled and leave with us. They also make packing around 30% faster, which means a shorter removalist bill, so you end up ahead.

A week or two before your moving date is ideal, so you have plenty of time to pack properly, protect your things and not rush it.

Yes, we deliver on Saturdays too. Sunday is the only day we're closed, our one day off.

Not necessarily. We can leave the crates in a safe spot. Just let our team know beforehand so we agree on somewhere that works for the drop-off and the collection.

Happens all the time. Tell us as soon as you know and we'll shift your delivery or pick-up at no charge, subject to availability.

Once you've completed the form you'll get a confirmation email with a secure Stripe payment link. Pay by card to lock in your booking.

Yes. We take payment upfront so we can confirm your booking.

Yes. Cancel more than 48 hours before your delivery date and you get a 100% refund. Cancel within 48 hours of your delivery date and you get 50% back.

On time, or your money back. We deliver and collect within the window we agree with you. If we miss that window by more than 24 to 48 hours, you get a full 100% refund. Your payment is held securely through Stripe the whole time.

They're heavy duty and hard to damage in a normal move. If something does break or go missing, just tell us and we'll sort it out. No dramas, and no surprise fees.

A quick wipe is appreciated, so you hand them back the way you got them. Either way, we sanitise every crate before it goes to the next customer, so they always arrive spotless.
