HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RENT MOVING BOXES?
Our rental prices depend on your package size and rental duration. We offer flexible plans for every home, including delivery and pickup. Renting reusable boxes is more affordable and sustainable than buying disposable cardboard boxes.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME FOR DELIVERY AND PICKUP?
We recommend someone be home to receive and return the boxes. If you cannot be there, we can arrange a safe drop off or pickup location. Just let us know in advance to make it simple.
HOW LONG CAN I KEEP THE BOXES?
Our standard rental period is one to two weeks, but we are flexible. Need extra time? You can easily extend your rental for a small fee by contacting us before your scheduled pickup date.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A BOX IS DAMAGED OR LOST?
Our boxes are durable, but if one gets damaged or lost, a small replacement fee may apply. Please keep your boxes secure and indoors until collection to avoid unnecessary charges or weather damage.
ARE THE BOXES CLEANED BEFORE REUSE?
Yes. Every crate is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before delivery. We take hygiene seriously, ensuring your boxes arrive spotless and ready to pack so your belongings stay safe, clean and dust free throughout your move.
CAN I ORDER MORE BOXES LATER?
Absolutely. You can add more boxes anytime before your scheduled delivery, subject to availability. We recommend booking a few extras upfront, but we will always do our best to accommodate last minute requests.
ARE PLASTIC BOXES BETTER THAN CARDBOARD BOXES?
Yes. Our reusable boxes are stronger, waterproof and easier to handle than cardboard. They stack neatly, protect your items and reduce waste. You will pack faster, move smoother and help the planet with every use.
HOW MANY BOXES WILL I NEED?
That depends on your home size. As a guide, 1 bedroom homes need around 30 boxes and 4 bedroom homes about 80. Our plans make choosing easy as each one is designed for your specific moving needs.
DO YOU DELIVER TO APARTMENTS OR UPSTAIRS?
Yes. We deliver directly to your door, including apartments and units. Just let us know about access details, lifts or stairs when booking so our team can plan the delivery efficiently.
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY MOVING BOXES?
We recommend booking at least one to two weeks before your move. Early bookings help guarantee availability, especially during busy weekends on the Gold Coast.
